Megan brings extensive experience in administration and client support to her role as Client Services Officer at Zinc Wealth. Her career includes over 17 years in the Royal Australian Navy specialising in personnel administration, accounts, and payroll, followed by roles with CBA and RetireInvest Toowoomba where she strengthened her knowledge of finance and client relations.
In her current role, Megan assists clients with all aspects of administration related to their financial planning needs. From booking appointments and preparing review documents for advisers to updating details with funds, she ensures clients receive a professional and seamless service.
Megan’s interest in finance grew during her time at CBA, and she embraced the opportunity to pursue a career in the field after relocating to Toowoomba. She enjoys the variety her role brings, noting that no two days are the same and that each day offers new opportunities to learn.
Outside of work, Megan is a keen basketball enthusiast and enjoys being involved in the sport in different ways. She also looks forward to travelling more in the future.
